To request an AIMS ID Card, first visit amjinc.ca, click Add Donation, select Local Fund, enter $5, and in the remarks section type "AIMS ID Card request".
Once payment is made, enter your donation receipt number below.
Note: This service is for replacement of ID Card only. Upon confirmation of payment, a re-printed card will be sent to you.
ID Card is required only for members 7 years old and above.

If you don't know your member code, contact your President or General Secretary of your Jamā‘at.
Full Name * Enter your full name formatted as “Last Name”, “First Name” and “Middle or Other Name”.
Email Address * Enter your email address for correspondence about your tajnid.
If you would like to replace the existing picture, submit an unaltered coloured professional photo with white background taken within the last six (6) months.
ID Card Picture Files must be less than 2 MB and be an unaltered coloured photo with white background (gif, jpg, jpeg, png).
