Ahmadiyya Parliamentary Friendship Group (PFA)

Objective

The Parliamentary Friends of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at (PFA) creates awareness among members (MPs and Senators) regarding human rights violations, including State-sponsored persecution of its members globally. The PFA also seeks to promote adherence to values of human dignity and freedom of religion for all. Additionally, the PFA is a forum for the exchange of ideas and solutions to promote religious freedoms for all communities around the world.

Role

1. Educate MPs and Senators about religious freedom infringements and persecution globally, specifically highlighting the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at.
2. To educate members about the humanitarian work economic and social contributions the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at does in Canada.
3. To promote the Canadian government advocacy of the human rights and religious persecution issues of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at around the world.
