
Ahmadiyya Parliamentary Friendship Group (PFA)
Objective
The Parliamentary Friends of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at (PFA) creates awareness among members (MPs and Senators) regarding human rights violations, including State-sponsored persecution of its members globally. The PFA also seeks to promote adherence to values of human dignity and freedom of religion for all. Additionally, the PFA is a forum for the exchange of ideas and solutions to promote religious freedoms for all communities around the world.
Role
- Educate MPs and Senators about religious freedom infringements and persecution globally, specifically highlighting the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at.
- To educate members about the humanitarian work economic and social contributions the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at does in Canada.
- To promote the Canadian government advocacy of the human rights and religious persecution issues of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at around the world.
